One of the best things about Class A living is enjoying the large kitchen with full-sized appliances. That’s one of the reasons Class As, like the Palazzo® diesel pusher, is a popular choice for those who live in their RV full-time or for extended lengths of time. Low Calorie/Carb Wedding Soup
You will need:
1 large chopped onion
2 tbs. minced garlic
6 c chicken broth
1 container of spinach
4 eggs
1 c parmesan
1 tsp oregano
Salt to taste
To make meatballs, combine:
1 lb. meat
½ c chopped onion
2 eggs
1 tsp oregano
½ c parmesan
Salt and pepper
Bake at 425º for 25 mins *meatballs can be purchased precooked
Directions:
Cook onion and garlic
Add broth and bring to a boil
Add spinach and reduce heat
Add meatballs
Mix eggs and a little cheese
Pour eggs into soup

Sausage with Bowtie Pasta and Asparagus
You will need:
I package of your favorite sausage
1 box of bowtie pasta
1 lb. of chopped asparagus
1 small chopped onion
4 cloves of garlic
½ c parmesan
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions on box.
Sauté sausage until cooked thoroughly, breaking up as it cooks.
Toss in garlic and onion, cooking until tender 5-7 minutes.
Drain pasta, in a bowl combine pasta and sausage mix. Top with cheese.
Cook asparagus for 3 minutes in boiling water.

Cooking with Kids Mac & Cheese Mystery Middles
You will need:
3 bags of your favorite cheese blend
Thick slices of cheese
16 oz box of macaroni
5 ½ c of milk
½ c flour
Food to put in mac and cheese
Ramekins
A few slices of Texas toast
1 stick of butter
Directions:
Melt 2 tb of butter
Cut bread in cubes
Soak bread in melted butter and set aside
Melt 4 tb of butter
Add flour and whisk
Pour hot milk into flour/butter mix and whisk until it gets thick
Remove from heat
Pour in bags of cheese and stir until melted
Cook macaroni subtracting 2 minutes from directions on box
Drain and add to cheese sauce
Spoon mixture into ramekin filling halfway
Place your fixings into mac and cheese
Fill ramekin the rest of the way with another scoop of mac and cheese
Place cheese slice on top
Place butter-soaked bread cubes on top of cheese
Bake at 375º for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and bread is toasted
