Legal Age of Majority. Void Where Prohibited.
These Official Rules (“Official Rules”) govern the Thor Motor Coach Lucky Scan Sweepstakes (the
“Promotion”). The Promotion sponsor and administrator is Thor Motor Coach, Inc., 701 County Road 15, Elkhart, IN 46516 (“Sponsor”).
By participating in this Promotion in any way, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Any award of a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements herein.
Eligibility
To be eligible to enter this Promotion, you must, at the time of entry: (a) be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; (b) be at least 18 years of age and the legal age of majority where you reside; and (c) have a valid email address. This Promotion is not open to residents of Canada or of any other country outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
Employees, directors, officers, and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of Promotion Entities, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, dealers and distributors and companies involved in the implementation and execution of this Promotion are not eligible.
You are not eligible if you or anyone in your household has been selected as a winner in any other promotion sponsored by Thor Motor Coach within the year before the beginning of the Entry Period.
Entry Period
The entry period begins at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Time on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 and ends at 7:00 P.M. Eastern Time on Saturday, September 19, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than Saturday, September 19, 2026 and received no later than Thursday, September 24, 2026. The server clock of Sponsor’s Promotion entry platform is the official timekeeper for this Promotion.
How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter this Promotion. No purchase, payment, or admission to any event is necessary to enter or to win, and both methods of entry have equal odds of winning. (1) QR Code Entry. During the Entry Period, use a mobile device to scan a designated Lucky Scan Sweepstakes QR code displayed at the Thor Motor Coach exhibit at the 2026 Hershey RV Show in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Scanning the QR code will direct you to the Promotion entry form. Complete and submit the entry form by answering the question presented and providing your first name, last name, and a valid email address. Your entry must be received by Sponsor before the end of the Entry Period.
2) Online Entry (Alternative Method of Entry). No purchase, payment, or admission to the 2026 Hershey RV Show is necessary to enter or to win. To enter without attending the 2026 Hershey RV Show, use any internet-connected device to visit https://www.thormotorcoach.com/sweepstakes/Hershey-sweepstake at any time during the Entry Period and complete and submit the same Promotion entry form that is reached by scanning the QR code, by answering the question presented and providing your first name, last name, and a valid email address. Entry by this method is free and does not require attendance at the 2026 Hershey RV Show, the purchase of any ticket or admission, or the scanning of any QR code. Online Entries are eligible for the Prize Drawing on the same basis, and with the same odds of winning, as QR Code Entries. Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per email address, regardless of method of entry. Any entry submitted by a person, or from an email address, in excess of this limit is void. Purchase of a ticket or admission to the 2026 Hershey RV Show is not required to enter or to win, does not increase your chances of winning, and confers no advantage in the Prize Drawing.
Acknowledgment of receipt of an entry does not constitute any representation as to Promotion eligibility or that the entry is a qualifying entry and merely indicates that applicable entry has been received. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, garbled, or corrupted entries, or for any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in any transmission, or any failure of any computer, network, telephone, or mobile device, including any failure of a QR code to scan or of the entry form to load or to submit. Entries that are incomplete or corrupted are void. Sponsor is not liable for misdirected entries.
The Prizes
Three (3) Prize Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The Prizes are: First Prize – one (1) Suburban-branded 18-inch griddle with pizza oven retail package, approximate retail value (“ARV”) $300.00; Second Prize – one (1) Suburban-branded 23-inch griddle retail package, ARV $235.00; and Third Prize – one (1) Suburban-branded 18-inch griddle retail package, ARV $185.00 (each a “Prize”). The total ARV of all Prizes is $720.00. The first eligible entry drawn will receive the First Prize, the second eligible entry drawn will receive the Second Prize, and the third eligible entry drawn will receive the Third Prize. Limit one (1) Prize per person and per household.
Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Any Prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any Prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. No Prize may be transferred and each Prize must be accepted as awarded. No Prize Winner may request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or, if applicable, parts thereof) with another prize of equal or greater value if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, a Prize or a component thereof is unavailable for any reason. The Prize ARV represents Sponsor's good faith and final determination. If the actual Prize value turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash.
If you are a Prize Winner, you may either (a) collect your Prize in person at the Thor Motor Coach exhibit at the 2026 Hershey RV Show between 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time on Sunday, September 20, 2026, or (b) elect to have Sponsor ship your Prize, at Sponsor’s expense, to your legal residence within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia within two (2) weeks. Sponsor will not ship a Prize to a post office box or to any address outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Risk of loss passes from Sponsor to the Prize Winner upon in-person collection or upon delivery, as applicable.
Each Prize Winner will be responsible for any and all other taxes, costs, expenses, or fees which may apply, including, without limitation, income tax.
The Prize Drawing
Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period at approximately 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time on Sunday, September 20, 2026 (the “Prize Drawing”). Each person whose entry is drawn will be a “Potential Winner”. Sponsor will notify each Potential Winner by email sent to the email address submitted with the winning entry (the “Notice”). Each Potential Winner is responsible for monitoring that email address, including its spam, junk, and promotions folders, and for complying with the directions and deadlines set forth in the Notice. Sponsor expects to announce the Prize Winners on Monday, September 21, 2026 on Sponsor’s social media pages, after each Prize Winner has satisfied the conditions set forth below.
Sponsor shall not be obligated to award a Prize to a Potential Winner unless the Potential Winner accepts and satisfies each of these additional terms and conditions (except to the extent which may be prohibited by law) within five (5) days from the date Sponsor sends the Notice to the Potential Winner (the “Notice Period”). A Potential Winner who wishes to collect a Prize in person at the 2026 Hershey RV Show must satisfy each of these conditions no later than 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time on Sunday, September 20, 2026:
If a Potential Winner satisfies these requirements (as determined by Sponsor in its sole judgment), the Potential Winner will be deemed the “Prize Winner” and shall be awarded a Prize.
A Potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion: (a) the Potential Winner did not fully and accurately respond to Sponsor within the Notice Period; (b) circumstances indicate that attempts to contact the Potential Winner will be futile; or (c) the Potential Winner has otherwise failed to satisfy the requirements, terms, and conditions set forth in these Official Rules.
Privacy
The information you submit in connection with your entry into this Promotion is submitted to and collected by Sponsor. Sponsor will use that information to administer the Promotion, to select and notify winners, and to evaluate the effectiveness of its marketing. By entering this Promotion, you consent to receive marketing and promotional email from Thor Motor Coach at the email address you submit, and you may withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in any such email or by writing to Sponsor at the address set forth below. If you are selected as a Potential Winner or a Prize Winner, certain of your personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties as required by law and may be included on a winners list. Publicity Release
If you are selected as a Potential Winner or a Prize Winner, Sponsor may publish, display, copy, use, and distribute your first name, last initial, city and state of residence, photograph, and likeness, in any form or medium (whether now known or hereafter developed, including print materials and Internet and social media communications), for the purpose of announcing the results of this Promotion and in connection with Sponsor’s advertising and promotion of this Promotion and of future promotions, without further review, notification, payment, or consideration, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor will not use the name, likeness, or entry of any entrant who is not selected as a Potential Winner or a Prize Winner for advertising or promotional purposes.
Your Representations and Warranties
You, by entering this Promotion, represent and warrant that: (a) you satisfy the eligibility requirements of these Official Rules; (b) all information you submit with your entry is true, accurate, and complete, and relates to you and to no other person; (c) the email address you submit is owned by or assigned to you; and (d) your entry otherwise complies with these Official Rules and all applicable laws.
Exclusion of Warranties
Sponsor is not responsible for technical or human error or for technical failures which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, or for any damages to person or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, by your entry into the Promotion.
Each Prize may be subject to a limited warranty provided by its manufacturer. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize, including but not limited to its quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or its condition.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND EXCEPT FOR ANY WARRANTY EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN, SPONSOR MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SPONSOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY LIABILITY, CLAIM, LOSS, LOST PROFITS OR DAMAGES UNLESS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED FOR HEREIN.
Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Release
By entering the Promotion, you agree to release, discharge, indemnify, defend, protect, and save Sponsor, Thor Industries, Inc., their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, the manufacturer and supplier of the Prizes, Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads), YouTube, LLC, Google LLC, X Corp., TikTok Inc., and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) harmless from and against any and all liabilities, obligations, losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, and disbursements of whatsoever kind and nature (collectively, “Claims”) including legal fees and expenses imposed on, incurred by, or asserted against the Released Parties in any way relating to the Promotion; any entry you submit or submitted in relation to the Promotion; and, if awarded a Prize, any Claims arising out of the use and possession of the Prize by you or third parties. Potential Claims include, but are not limited to: (a) Claims as a result of latent or patent defects in a Prize; (b) Claims for infringement of trademark or copyright, contributory infringement, false light, invasion of privacy, portrayal in a false light, defamation, and infringement of any right of publicity; and (c) tort claims of any kind, including claims for injury or damage to property, or injury or death to any person arising out of your entry in the Promotion, your acceptance, use or possession of a Prize, and/or any publicizing by a Released Party of the award of the Prize to you. You further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California ("Section 1542") and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. You acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY." The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims.
General Conditions
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Google LLC, X Corp. (formerly Twitter), or TikTok (each, a “Platform”). Each Platform is completely released by each entrant from any and all liability arising out of or relating to this Promotion. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to any Platform. No Platform is a sponsor, partner, or endorser of this Promotion. Sponsor uses social media solely to advertise and to raise awareness of this Promotion; no Platform is a method of entry, and no like, comment, share, follow, repost, subscription, tag, or hashtag is required to enter this Promotion or to win a Prize. The Promotion is subject to, and you agree to comply with, the terms of service of each Platform on which it is promoted.
Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Promotion and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a Prize to a person who Sponsor, in its sole discretion, has determined has violated these Official Rules or is otherwise not eligible. Entries submitted from multiple email addresses by or on behalf of the same person, multiple identical entries, entries submitted on behalf of another person, and entries submitted through any sweepstakes entry service are prohibited, and any person who uses multiple email addresses or identities to enter will be disqualified. You may not use false or misleading information in connection with an entry; use automated, robotic, macro, script, or other programmed means to submit entries; or otherwise violate these Official Rules or the terms of service of any Platform in connection with your participation in the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who interferes or tampers with the operation of the Promotion, violates these Official Rules, violates the terms of service of any Platform, or otherwise acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, Sponsor will award the Prize to the natural person who Sponsor determines to be the authorized holder of the email address submitted with the winning entry. Any Potential Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized holder of the email address submitted with the entry.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not act as a waiver of that term.
If any provision of these Official Rules shall be held or deemed to be illegal, inoperative, or unenforceable by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be of no force or effect, but shall not affect any other provisions of these Official Rules, nor render any other provision invalid, inoperative, or unenforceable to any extent whatsoever.
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion: (a) suspend the Promotion in order to address the impairment and resume the Promotion at a later date; or (b) award the Prizes from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
You are solely responsible for any charges, fees, or taxes which may be charged by third parties in connection with your participation in the Promotion, including but not limited to data, connection, and Internet services charges. If you opt to use your wireless mobile device in connection with the Promotion, depending on your phone's capabilities, data charges may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Promotion is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. These Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any proceeding arising out of or relating to the Promotion (including the application, enforcement, and/or construction of these Official Rules) must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Elkhart County, Indiana. By entering into this Promotion, you irrevocably consent and submit to jurisdiction in any such court.
Obtaining List of Winners or Copy of Official Rules

Requests must be received within one (1) year after the end of the Entry Period.
